Terms of Use
Effective date: May 13, 2026
Last updated: May 13, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Proof, the product website, and support channels.
By downloading, accessing, or using Proof, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose and limits
Proof is a personal tool for logging work and sleep sessions, reviewing patterns, creating local share cards, and keeping local backups.
Proof does not provide medical, health, clinical sleep, employment, payroll, legal, financial, or professional productivity advice. Do not use Proof as the sole record for high-stakes decisions, employment disputes, payroll, diagnosis, treatment, or legal obligations.
2. License and store rules
We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control.
Apps distributed through App Store or Google Play are also subject to applicable store terms, platform rules, and operating-system requirements. If the Apple-distributed app does not have a separate custom EULA, Apple's standard EULA applies together with these Terms.
3. Local data, backups, and user responsibility
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your logs before relying on them and for exporting/protecting backups if you want to preserve history when changing devices, clearing data, or uninstalling the app.
Backups and share cards may contain information about your routine. Protect files you export or share.
4. Proof Pro, purchases, and refunds
Proof Pro may be offered as a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium features such as full history, insights, premium templates, manual edits, and local backup.
Billing, taxes, refunds, purchase history, and payment disputes are handled by App Store or Google Play. Restore depends on the same store account, regional availability, purchase status, and RevenueCat validation.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
- Do not bypass purchases, Pro features, store validation, security, or technical limits.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or try to extract source code except where law allows.
- Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, invasive, or rights-violating purposes.
- The brand, software, text, design, templates, cards, and other materials belong to Narak or its licensors.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Features may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, notifications, Live Activities or lock screen status, store availability, RevenueCat, and technical compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proof is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, lost revenue, payroll issues, health decisions, or reliance on logs beyond the app's intended personal tracking purpose.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the product, stores, law, or practices change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
