This Privacy Policy explains how Narak handles information when you use Proof, the product website, and support channels.
Proof is designed as a local-first mobile work and sleep tracker: no account, no ads, no mobile analytics SDK, and no custom server in the current version.
1. Scope and provider
This Policy applies to the Proof app on iOS and Android, the public product website, and related support.
Narak is the public provider responsible for support and privacy requests related to data processed outside your device.
2. Data stored on your device
Work sessions, sleep sessions, manual edits, settings, active timer status, preferences, local Pro entitlement cache, templates, and backup files are stored locally on your device.
Share cards and backups are generated locally. If you use the system share sheet, document picker, cloud storage, or another destination you choose, that destination handles the file under its own rules.
3. Data we may collect
- Support: If you email contact@narak.app, we may receive your email address, message, device model, operating system, app version, screenshots, or attachments you choose to send.
- Purchases: Proof Pro uses in-app purchase processed by App Store or Google Play and validation through RevenueCat. These platforms may process receipts, purchase tokens, product proof_lifetime, entitlement pro, purchase status, and technical identifiers needed for purchase and restore.
- Website and delivery: Hosting, security, and email providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, timestamps, browser or device metadata, and delivery logs to operate the website and support channels.
- Website analytics and consent: Optional Vercel Web Analytics and the traffic_source_detected event run only after analytics consent on the website. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent at /privacy-choices. Website analytics is separate from local work and sleep history in the mobile app.
4. Notifications, lock screen, and sensitive records
If you enable notifications or lock screen status, your device may show that a timer is active. This mirrors local app state and does not send your work or sleep history to a Narak server.
Proof is not a medical app. Work and sleep records may be personal to you, so avoid sending detailed history to support unless needed to resolve the issue.
5. Use, sharing, and store disclosures
We use data to operate local features, validate purchases, restore Pro access, respond to support, maintain security, measure the website when permitted, comply with legal obligations, and handle disputes.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety answers must reflect the released build, including RevenueCat, purchases, notifications, and any SDK enabled in production.
6. Retention, deletion, and rights
Local history remains on your device until you delete sessions, clear local data, remove backups, or uninstall the app. Deleting the app may delete local history unless you export a backup first.
Support, privacy request, consent, and website analytics records are retained only as long as needed for support, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, operational recordkeeping, and the retention periods described in the global Cookies Policy.
Depending on your location, including Brazil where the LGPD may apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or information about sharing for personal data Narak controls outside your device. Send requests to contact@narak.app.
7. Children, security, and contact
Proof is not directed to children under 13.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
