FruitDay Terms of Use

1. Provider, use of the app, and acceptance

Narak provides FruitDay, its website, and related support channels.

FruitDay is a playful organization tool for families exploring fruit. It is not medical, nutrition, diet, allergy, or healthcare advice.

By downloading, accessing, or using FruitDay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Parent-operated product and safety limits

FruitDay is intended to be operated by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. Adults are responsible for deciding whether a fruit, activity, photo, reminder, or suggestion is appropriate for their family.

• Always supervise children while eating.
• Cut fruits into age-appropriate pieces and follow choking-hazard guidance.
• Never serve whole grapes to young children; prepare round or hard foods safely.
• If a child has allergies or medical dietary needs, follow qualified healthcare guidance.
• FruitDay does not provide diet plans, calorie tracking, weight tracking, diagnosis, treatment, or medical outcomes.

3. App marketplace terms

Apps distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play are also subject to applicable store terms, platform rules, billing rules, subscription rules, and operating-system requirements.

If the Apple-distributed app does not include a separate custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

4. Limited license and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, interfere with, bypass purchase controls, abuse restore flows, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

5. Premium subscriptions, trials, restore, and refunds

FruitDay Premium may include unlimited Fruit Days, the full Fruit Passport, stickers, weekly planning, School Mode, Picky Eater Mode, Rainbow challenges, local reminders, and local fruit photo memories.

If offered, the annual subscription may include a 3-day free trial and then renew at the stated annual price unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings before the trial or billing period ends. A weekly subscription may also be offered without a free trial.

Prices, trial availability, taxes, and billing periods may vary by country, store, currency, promotion, and store account. The exact store purchase sheet controls the final price and renewal terms.

Purchase restoration depends on your store account, region, device, platform status, RevenueCat validation, and store limitations. Refunds, cancellations, invoices, taxes, and payment disputes are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

6. Local data, photos, and reminders

FruitDay is local-first. Local progress, stickers, Fruit Passport entries, settings, reminders, and optional fruit photo memories may be lost if you delete the app, erase device data, remove local files, or change devices without a platform backup.

You are responsible for the photos and notes you choose to store locally in the app. Do not add content you do not have the right to keep or that you do not want stored on the device.

7. Intellectual property

FruitDay, its interface, text, illustrations, logos, icons, product names, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or site content without permission.

8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, subscriptions, technical requirements, or platform availability at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the product, law, store rules, SDKs, subscriptions, or our practices change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
