1. Scope and provider
This Privacy Policy applies to the FruitDay mobile app, the FruitDay website, and related support channels.
Narak is the public provider responsible for support and privacy requests for information processed outside your device.
FruitDay is parent-operated. It is designed for parents and caregivers to organize family fruit exploration; it does not require a child account or a real child name.
2. Data kept on your device
FruitDay stores family preferences, onboarding choices, fruit plans, Fruit Day history, stickers, Fruit Passport progress, local reminder settings, and similar app data locally on your device.
Optional fruit photo memories are saved locally after you choose to use the camera or photo library. FruitDay does not upload those photos to Narak in the current app version.
- No in-app ads.
- No required login or child account.
- No sale of personal data.
- No third-party analytics in the current app version.
- No microphone, location, contacts, or remote push notification permission is requested by the current app version.
- Local reminders use local notifications only when you enable them.
3. Data Narak may collect
If you contact support at contact@narak.app, we process your sender email address and the information you choose to include, such as app version, device model, operating system, screenshots, attachments, or a description of the issue.
Hosting, security, and email providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, timestamps, browser or device metadata, and delivery logs to operate the website and support channels.
4. Website cookies and analytics
The FruitDay website uses necessary storage for privacy consent and may store a locale preference when you choose a language.
Optional Vercel Web Analytics and the traffic_source_detected event run only after analytics consent on the website. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent at /privacy-choices.
Website analytics is separate from FruitDay's local-first mobile app and does not make family preferences, fruit plans, photos, stickers, or passport progress collected by Narak.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and RevenueCat
FruitDay Premium may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by the App Store or Google Play. Narak does not process full payment card numbers.
FruitDay uses RevenueCat for purchase validation and Premium entitlement access. RevenueCat and store services may process purchase history, product IDs, transaction status, receipts, purchase tokens, entitlement status, anonymous app user IDs or app/device identifiers needed for validation, and related technical logs.
Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety answers must match the actual released build and any SDKs included in that build.
6. Camera, photos, and permissions
Camera or photo library access is requested only after you choose to add a local fruit photo memory. You can deny or revoke permission in device settings.
FruitDay uses still photos for local fruit memories. It does not need microphone access for this flow.
7. How we use data
- Run app functionality, local preferences, progress, reminders, stickers, Fruit Passport entries, and purchase unlocks.
- Validate purchases, restore access, and prevent purchase abuse.
- Respond to support messages and privacy requests.
- Operate, secure, debug, maintain, and measure the website and support channels when permitted.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and protect rights, safety, and security.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-app tracking or behavioral advertising in the current app version.
- With service providers for hosting, email, support, security, purchase validation, and store operations.
- With Apple, Google, and RevenueCat when you use app stores, in-app purchases, subscriptions, billing, purchase validation, reviews, or platform services.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and prevent abuse.
9. Retention and data deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear device data, delete local files, or uninstall the app. Deleting the app may delete local progress, photo memories, reminders, or settings unless your device or platform backup restores them.
Because most FruitDay data is local-only, Narak usually cannot delete it remotely. Use in-app reset options, device settings, or uninstall the app to remove local data from your device.
For support or purchase-validation records Narak can access, email contact@narak.app with the subject Privacy Request - FruitDay. Support, privacy request, consent, and website analytics records are retained only as long as needed for support, legal compliance, security, dispute handling, operational recordkeeping, and the retention periods described in the global Cookies Policy.
10. Privacy choices and rights
You can choose not to send optional support information, deny camera or photo library permission, turn off local reminders, avoid optional photo memories, restore or cancel subscriptions through the relevant store account, and delete local app data from your device.
Depending on your location, including Brazil where the LGPD may apply, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, anonymization, restriction, objection, or information about sharing for personal data Narak processes outside your device. 11. Children, international processing, and contact
FruitDay is designed for use by a parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app in the current version. If you believe a child sent personal data through support, contact us so we can review it.
Support, website, email, store, purchase-validation, and infrastructure providers may process data in the United States, Brazil, or other countries. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for international transfers.
