Include in your message
- Device model and operating system version.
- App version, if visible in settings.
- A short description of the issue.
- If the issue involves a purchase, mention App Store or Google Play.
Camera permission
MyMirror needs camera permission to show the mirror. If you denied permission, open device settings and allow camera access for MyMirror.
Restore purchase
Use Restore Purchase inside the app with the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
Privacy
MyMirror does not save photos, create a gallery, or send camera images. Use the same email for privacy requests.
