2. Purchases, restore, and refunds
If your issue involves paid access, use Restore Purchase in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Billing, refunds, cancellations, and tax invoices are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play from your store account purchase history.
3. Local progress and deletion
Study progress is primarily local. If you delete the app, clear device data, or change devices without a platform backup, local progress may not be recoverable.
For privacy requests about data Narak can access, email contact@narak.app and write Privacy Request in the subject line. We cannot directly delete data stored only on your device; remove it in the app or uninstall the app.
