Open the app and use Restore Purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Billing, payment, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play through the purchase history of your store account.
Local game data
Player names, scores, settings, and game state are intended to stay on your device. Delete local data in the app where available or by removing the app from the device.
