This Privacy Policy explains how KANPAI ("we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use our mobile app, website, and support channels (collectively, the "Service").
This policy is written to match the current version of KANPAI: no account creation, no third-party advertising, and no cross-app tracking.
1) Scope
This Policy applies to KANPAI on iOS, Android, and the public website.
App stores, payment processors, and device platforms may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
2) Data we process
- Support information: When you contact support, we may receive your email address and the information you send, such as issue descriptions, screenshots, app version, and device details.
- Local gameplay data: Player names, selected flags, game settings, scores, responsible-use confirmations, and game state are stored locally on your device.
- Purchase and entitlement data: When paid features are offered, stores and providers such as Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat process receipts, purchase tokens, entitlement status, and technical identifiers needed for validation and restore.
- Operational security data: We may process limited technical and security data necessary to troubleshoot abuse, enforce our terms, and keep the Service reliable.
3) How we use data
- Provide gameplay functionality, settings, purchase access, and support.
- Validate and restore paid entitlements.
- Maintain security, detect abuse, and protect users and the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce these terms and policies.
4) Sharing
We do not sell personal information or personal and sensitive user data.
- Service providers and platforms that are required to operate core app functions, purchases, and support.
- Legal and safety disclosures required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- Corporate transactions, such as merger, acquisition, or financing, with appropriate confidentiality controls.
5) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we apply data minimization and access controls proportionate to the Service.
6) Retention and deletion
We keep data only for as long as needed for support, legal compliance, security, purchase validation, and dispute handling.
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app.
7) Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal data.
Contact contact@narak.app to submit a request. We may ask for identity verification. We target a response within 30 days, unless local law requires a different timeline.
8) Children and age restrictions
KANPAI is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can address it.
9) Current product boundaries
- No account creation in the current app version.
- No public user profiles, public chat, or public UGC hosting in the current app version.
- No third-party ads or cross-app tracking in the current app version.
10) International users, updates, and contact
If data is transferred across borders, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.
We may update this Policy over time and will revise the Last updated date when material changes are published.
