1. Provider, use of the app, and acceptance

Narak provides Little Lights Bible 365, its website, and related support channels.

Little Lights Bible 365 offers simplified Christian Bible retellings for families. It does not replace Scripture, church, Sunday school, pastoral guidance, or a family's faith tradition.

By downloading, accessing, or using Little Lights Bible 365, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App marketplace terms

Apps distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play are also subject to the applicable store terms, platform rules, billing rules, and operating-system requirements.

If the Apple-distributed app does not include a separate custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

3. Limited license and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, interfere with, bypass purchase controls, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. Purchases, restore, and refunds

Paid access, if available, is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process full payment card numbers, and refunds, cancellations, taxes, invoices, and payment disputes follow the policies of the store where the purchase was made.

Purchase restoration may depend on your store account, region, device, platform status, and store limitations.

5. Important product limits

• Parents should use the app with children and read the full Bible passages when appropriate.
• The app does not provide pastoral care, therapy, or formal religious instruction.
• Prayer content does not guarantee specific earthly outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

Little Lights Bible 365, its interface, text, illustrations, logos, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or site content without permission.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or technical requirements at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, data-loss, revenue-loss, or expectation damages related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the product, law, store rules, or our practices change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
