LingoTap Kids Japanese Terms of Use

1. Provider, use of the app, and acceptance

Narak provides LingoTap Kids Japanese, its website, and related support channels.

LingoTap Kids Japanese supports early vocabulary exposure and family practice. It does not promise fluency, teach full grammar, or replace conversation with caregivers, teachers, or native speakers.

By downloading, accessing, or using LingoTap Kids Japanese, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App marketplace terms

Apps distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play are also subject to the applicable store terms, platform rules, billing rules, and operating-system requirements.

If the Apple-distributed app does not include a separate custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

3. Limited license and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, interfere with, bypass purchase controls, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. Purchases, restore, and refunds

Paid access, if available, is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process full payment card numbers, and refunds, cancellations, taxes, invoices, and payment disputes follow the policies of the store where the purchase was made.

Purchase restoration may depend on your store account, region, device, platform status, and store limitations.

5. Important product limits

• A parent or caregiver should lead child use.
• No microphone or voice recording features are part of the described experience.
• Learning outcomes depend on age, repetition, context, and real-world practice.

6. Intellectual property

LingoTap Kids Japanese, its interface, text, illustrations, logos, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or site content without permission.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or technical requirements at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, data-loss, revenue-loss, or expectation damages related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the product, law, store rules, or our practices change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
