3. Purchases, restore, and refunds
If your question involves a purchase, restoration, or billing issue, include whether you used the App Store or Google Play and confirm that you are signed in to the same store account used for the original purchase.
Refunds, cancellations, taxes, invoices, and billing actions are handled by the store where the purchase was made from your store account purchase history.
4. Local data and deletion
Most app content and progress described for this product is intended to be local to your device. Deleting the app, clearing device data, or removing local files may delete that local data.
